About The University of Canterbury
The University of Canterbury in New Zealand is known as the second-oldest university (after the University of Otago which was earlier founded in 1869). It was founded in 1873 as Canterbury College, the first constituent college of the University of New Zealand.

Scholarship Benefits
$5,000 is planned to be offered to every selected candidate each year for a period of two years. There are ten scholarships in total.
The eligible nationalities in which the scholarship targets are students who have NewZealand resident status or International fee-paying students. These nationalities of students are both eligible to apply for the award.
Eligibility Criteria For UC Bachelors Product Design Scholarship
- The eligible applicant for the scholarship is expected to have completed, or be completing, a university entrance-level qualification.
- They should have studied at the secondary level in other countries or in New Zealand.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate a solid interest to pursue a degree in Product Design at the university.
