Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Science OSPOHAS, Ilese-Ijebu, have commenced the sales of National Diploma POST-UTME Screening form.

Admission into the Polytechnic is open to all interested candidates irrespective of race, sex, place of birth, religion and political affiliations.

Admission into the Polytechnic is based upon success at the UTME/Polytechnic entrance examinations conducted by the JAMB and Polytechnic respectively.

Prospective applicants are to obtain their forms online by making payment via WEB my.oscohtechilese.edu.ng, thereafter proceed to fill your form and submit.

This is to notify all prospective applicants and the general public that Ogun State Polytechnic of Health and Allied Sciences, Ilese-Ijebu has commenced the sales of 2026/2027 Post-UTME forms.

Admission forms are available for the following National Diploma (ND) courses at the rate of Two Thousand Naira Only (₦2,000).

Who Is ELIGIBILE?

Applicants that chose the institution as first choice in the 2026 JAMB UTME and scored 100 and above, or apply for change of institution at any JAMB accredited CBT centre and choose OSPOHAS as first choice.
Interested applicants must be at least Sixteen (16) years of age by 30th of September, 2026.

O’LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Five (5) O’LEVEL Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings.

HND REQUIREMENTS:

National Diploma (ND) Result not less than Lower Credit in relevant course from recognized Polytechnic or College of Health Technology.
National Diploma (ND) JAMB Admission Letter
Five (5) O’Level Credit listed in (B) above
Compulsory one (1) year internship or SIWES, EXCEPT straight programme.

MODE OF APPLICATION:

Applicants with the current 2026 JAMB score of 100 and above are to obtain the Post-UTME Screening Form at N2,000 only through the school portal address https://my.ospohasilese.edu.ng before end of August, 2026
