How to go about it.
1: Check your course requirements and make sure you have all the needed requirements.
2: Send an email to the course director asking for availability of funding in the department and how to apply because some GAs might be automatic consideration while some might be separate application. so try to understand which one your department has.
3: if the course requires you to find a supervisor, then do so by going through the Faculty members to see if you can find any professor that their research interests you.
4: After all these enquiries, then Apply as fast as possible so you can be among the first priority for funding.
They have PhDs as well which are also full funding.
