We would like to inform you that the deadline for applications has been extended to Thursday, 14th August, 2025, for both Post-UTME and Direct Entry Exercise. If you have not yet submit your application, this is your opportunity to do so within the extended time frame.
The UNIPORT Post UTME Screening exercise is scheduled to hold from Monday 18th August 2025 to Saturday 23rd August 2025. Candidates are advised to check the UNIPORT screening timetable to know the time and venue for their departmental screening exercise.
Candidates who have been granted conditional admission on the JAMB Admission Status portal will have to go for screening at the University of Port-Harcourt to process their admission completely.
During the screening exercise, candidates are expected to present their JAMB Result Printout, WAEC, NECO or NABTEB Result, JAMB Admission Letter, Color Passport Photograph, UNIPORT Online Registration Printout, and JAMB UTME Registration Number.
SCHEDULE FOR THE 2025 POST-UTME (CBT) SCREENING EXERCISE
The University of Port Harcourt hereby notifies all candidates who chose the University as their First Choice in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum score of 150, that the Post-UTME Screening Exercise has been scheduled as follows:

How to Apply for UNIPORT Post UTME Screening Form 2025
- Visit https://utmedetails.uniport.edu.ng/welcome_utme.php and input your UTME Registration Number to confirm pre-loaded details.
- Generate a Remita code for online payment OR print the Payment Slip and proceed to any of the following banks: ACCESS BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC, FCMB, UBA PLC, UNIPORT-CHOBA (U & C) MICROFINANCE BANK, and ZENITH BANK
- Make a payment of ₦2,000.00 only, and obtain a Remita receipt with an Access Code from the bank teller.
- Return to the portal and login with your UTME Registration Number and the Access Code.
- Complete the online form as requested.
- Print your Photo Card, which will be required for the screening clearance.
Take notice of the date and time of your screening as shown on the Photo Card.
Note: Candidates who fail to register within the registration period will not be eligible to participate in the Screening Exercise.
MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR POST-UTME SCREENING
- A clear copy of the Photo Card printed online.
- A pen.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Any inconsistency in name or photo on registration slips will lead to disqualification.
- Candidates must be 16 years or above by September 2025 to be eligible.
- Electronic gadgets (Mobile Phones, iPads, iPods, Walkman, etc.) are not allowed into the screening venue.
- The online registration portal will close at midnight on Thursday, 14th August, 2025.
- Registration is online only. Candidates are not required to visit the campus physically.
- Candidates who selected the University of Port Harcourt as Second Choice must first change it to First Choice on the JAMB portal before registering.
- Ensure that your O’Level results are uploaded to JAMB CAPS, as candidates without uploaded results will not be considered for admission.
- Use valid personal GSM numbers and email addresses for the registration.
- Report to the designated screening venue at the time shown on your Photo Card or risk disqualification.
- Parents, guardians, and uninvited security agents will not be allowed into the campus during the screening days.
