White Plains British School is one of the best schools in Nigeria. The school is a (day and boarding) international co-education situated in Jabi, FCT-Abuja, Nigeria. The school was founded on 2 May 2007 by some group of individuals, notably among them is Dr Francis Chukwumah Nwufoh, who is the director and founder of the school.
White Plains British School has two campuses. While the first campus is a primary school which also serves as the administrative block, is situated at Plot 528 Cadastral Zone B4, Jabi, the second campus, hosts the secondary school section and the advanced studies department.
White Plains British School Curriculum & General facilities
Whiteplains equip students for pre-school, primary school, secondary school as well as Advanced/University Foundation Studies.
The School also offers Cambridge-accredited one year A Level classes and other University Degree Foundation courses.
Whiteplains adopts the student-centered teaching technique. Its academic calendar runs on three terms starting in early September and ending in mid-July.

The secondary school section offers various subjects such as i.e English, Maths, Science, Geography, French, ICT, History, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Aptitude, Social Studies, Nigerian Science, Design & Tech.
The school is equipped with standard facilities which include separate air-conditioned hostels for male and female boarding students, libraries, ICT facilities, sports facilities, swimming pool, language and science laboratories, an auditorium etc.

White Plains British School charges a non-refundable application fee of N20,000.00 for all application into WBS.
A Non-refundable Capital Development Levy, school uniform fee, medical screening with medical insurance fee, and has an entrance examination.
Parents and guardians may need to visit WBS to obtain tuition and boarding fees charges as it’s not visible on their website platform.
Tuition fee does not include school books. Parents or guardians may need to pay for textbooks and other books needed and are invoiced.
