The N-Power programme was designed to drastically reduce youth unemployment and redundancy. The focus is to provide our young graduates and non-graduates with relevant skills to enable them advance from unemployment to employment, entrepreneurship and innovation.

We are indeed glad to inform the general public that this year N-Power recruitment exercise have commenced. Interested applicants should visit http://portal.npower.gov.ng/n-corps/index.html.

This year N-Power volunteer corps will engage and train 500,000 young unemployed graduates.

However, for you to be eligible, you will need to meet the minimum requirements and criteria.

N-Power Recruitment Requirements

• You must be a Nigerian citizen between the ages of 18 and 35. 
• Your expression of genuine interest in whichever area you decide; 
• Passing the relevant tests; 
• Your willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone and; 
• Ability to show a flair to develop all the skills you need to be the best you can be. 
• For the purposes of N-Power, graduate must have a minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Bachelor Degree from a higher institution and NYSC certificate to show that He/She have at one time serve the country.

While there are fixed requirements along the way, we will be relying on you to take over the process and take the lead in shaping your route, by making the most of the training that you will receive.
