1. Sending A text

If at the time you want to block the card you do not have data or internet access on your phone, simply type; HOTLIST, your account number and send to 08076665555,

For example, if your account number is 0034234567, simply type HOTLIST 0034234567 and text it to 08076665555 and your missing GTBank ATM card will be blocked instantly.

2. Internet Banking Platform:

If you have access to network as at the time you notice your ATM is missing, log on to your Internet Banking platform and follow the step below;

  • click on cards
  • then select hotlist
  • select card
  • enter card number
  • enter the card expiry date
  • state reason why you want your card to be blocked
  • Click on submit and your ATM will be blocked successfully.

3. Visiting Any GTBank branch

You can visit any GTBank branch to lodge a complain, that is only if it on a weekday and if the bank is open for business, you will be given a form to fill, provide all the required information and your ATM will be blocked instantly.
