This is one of the?Federal Government Empowerment Programmes, an initiative of the Nigerian Bank of Industry (BoI) staged serving National Youth Corp (NYSC) members in Nigeria. It was launched in 2015 to reduce youth unemployment especially among the graduates, this scheme is serviced through the Graduate Entrepreneurship Fund (GEF) Programme.

Youth Initiative for Sustainable Agriculture (YISA) is a scheme which targets young graduates who studied Agricultural related courses in Nigeria and in Diaspora, as well as young Nigerian Youths of ages 15-40 who not only interested in the benefits the program promises but equally have undying passion in Agri-Business and Agricultural sector in general in collaboration with?the Organization’s Youth Collaborative Community Agriculture programme (YOCCAP).
