RE: Application For Inter University Transfer Certificate

Dear Sir,

I am Miss Cassandra Eze currently student of this institution (Ahmadu Bello University). I am a 300 Level student of Mass communication.

With all due respect sir, I am writing to inform you that I am unable to continue with my present courses at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Recently, due to inadequate finance to fund my education, i will not be able to continue with my studies here, even though I’m currently maintaining a 3.50 GPA in Mass communication.

Unfortunately, as i am finding it difficult to cope with my studies, I believe it’s in my own best interest to continue with my programme in my State’s University where i can easily have access to funds.

As a result, I am respectfully asking you to issue me a formal transfer certificate as soon as possible. I already have admission into Abia State University where I will need to submit my documents as well as the transfer certificate.

Thank you for all your help.

Yours Sincerely,

(sign your name here)

Cassandra Eze
