Applications are now being accepted for Masters, Ph.D. Fulbright Foreign Students Scholarship in the USA, to International students from 155 countries around the world, including Nigerian graduates.
As a U.S. Government-sponsored program that operates on a binational basis with other countries, the Fulbright Program only funds non-U.S. citizens for valuable study, research and teaching in the United States and U.S. citizens for study, research, and teaching outside the shores of the United States.

Fulbright Foreign Students Scholarship allows Masters, Ph.D. level program(s) within any field of Subjects taught at USA Universities.
The Fulbright Foreign Students Scholarship Program allows International graduate students, young professionals, and artists, to study and conduct research in the United States. The Fulbright Foreign Student Program operates in at least 160 countries worldwide. Every year, up to 4,000 foreign students receive Fulbright scholarships.
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is administered by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. The offices in each participating country process all Foreign Student Program applications.
