Responsibilities Of Western Dental?Receptionist
Our?Western Dental Receptionist will be charged with the responsibility of conducting?Customer Service; to acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon their arrival or dismissal. Kind mannered about responding to patient questions and or concerns based on company Policies. Regularly answering telephones, making appointment schedules, maintaining appointment book as well as confirming appointments. To carry out follow up on no shows or appointment cancellations. To register patients on the sign-in sheet, doing Chart filling, as well as Cash handling. Consistently checking voicemail daily. Manage a friendly and clean waiting area for our well-deserved patients. Carry out at all times some other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned of you by the Office Manager or the PDM.
Creatively Supports strategic local marketing initiatives that can help us drive brand awareness and new patient growth. Any other related duties may be additionally assigned.
