Can i run part time french program while i don”t have credit in my o level in french language but I have BSc International Relations and I can speak and write French language due to my background courses.
Hi Umar Ibrahim, it would have been proper to do so as you suggest, but there is a framework to the Nigerian Education System, which you must follow as long as you intend to study in a Nigerian Institution. So I’d advise that you register for FRENCH in GCE, NECO or IJMB.

It was a network issue that caused that error. If the matter arises, you can explain the error to the required authority.
