A huge chance for admission and quality education awaits candidates who wish to study in Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro. The Cut-Off mark for admission is low.

Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro is a state government-owned and operated Nigerian university.

DSUST Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro has now been named Southern Delta University, Ozoro.

The minimum 2026/2027 JAMB cut off mark for Delta State University of Science and Technology is 150.

The university is set to offer undergraduate and postgraduate courses covering seven faculties: Agriculture, Science, Earth Science, Engineering, Environmental science, Information technology and Management technology.

Eligibility for Participation

Delta State University Ozoro Cut-Off Mark
The Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro (DSUST) has set the JAMB cut-off mark for all courses at 150 for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Candidates who chose Delta State University of Science and Technology, Ozoro as first or second choice and scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME Exercise are eligible to apply for most of the programs offered at Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST).

Screening Requirements for DSUST Post-UTME Form

The following are the requirements for the DSUST post-UTME screening:

  • Candidates first choice institution in JAMB must be Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST).
  • Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
  • Your JAMB score must be 150 or higher.
  • Applicants need at least 5 credits in their O-Level results (in no more than two sittings).
  • Direct Entry candidates must have valid certificates like IJMB, ND, NCE, or equivalent from recognized institutions.

Candidates are to apply online by visiting the University website at https://applications.dsustportal.ng/

Close of Applications: All candidates should note that application for admission closes Friday, 5th September, 2026.

How to Calculate Your Aggregate Score

To calculate your aggregate score for Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST), Ozoro, follow the steps below:

  • JAMB Score: Divide your JAMB score by 8.
  • Post-UTME Score: Divide your Post-UTME score by 2.
  • O’Level Result: Your O’Level grades contribute 50% of your total aggregate score.
  • Once you have these three scores, add them together. The final sum is your aggregate score. This score determines whether you meet the admission requirements for your chosen course.
