A Penske Customer Service Representative will be responsible for meeting and welcoming incoming customers while rendering entry-level duties. These consist of fuel and wash vehicles, fuel island inspections, pick-up, and delivery of vehicles and parts, tire changes, facility maintenance, daily rental check-in/out, parts pricing and stocking as well as other assigned projects and tasks by the supervisor.
Work Shift involves Saturday and Sunday 6 am to 4 pm

Major Responsibilities of Penske Customer Service Representative
- Activate fuel pumps and fill fuel tanks of vehicles with diesel fuel or gasoline to a specified levels
- Inspect vehicle tire air pressure; and fuel level, motor oil, transmission, radiator, and other fluids; and add air, water, oil, or other fluids, as at when required
- Wash vehicles and clean windshields,
- Perform minor repairs which involve changing engine oil and filters and install mounted tires
- Make daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales
- Make stock order, and price and shelve incoming goods
- Rotate or replace tires
- Provide information for customers about local roads and highways
- Clean parking areas, restrooms, offices, and equipment, and remove the trash
- Any other projects and tasks as required by supervisor
- At least 1-year customer service experience will be preferred
Basic Mechanical Aptitude Required
- High School Diploma or any of its equivalent will be required
- Current class G or class 5 driver’s license and ability to obtain class DZ? within 6 months of being hired is required
- The capability of working in non-climate controlled environments
- Basic computer skills will be preferred for data entry into Penske maintenance systems
- Predictable, regular, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Readiness to travel within the district of close geographical area,
- Work the required schedule, and work at the required specific location,
