Answer:?This is where members of a family can make calls to each other for free based on a minimum fair usage policy (150 minutes). Calls made outside the CUG will be charged at the rates outlined in the tariff table below.
Question: What is the meaning of Monthly Access fees?
Answer:?The monthly access is the amount paid by each line on a monthly basis to enjoy CUG and the special tariff that comes with the new SME packages. This amount is charged every month with the monthly bill asides the regular call charges used up by the customer. This amount does not include Voice, SMS and data usage.
?How do I subscribe to the new individual Packages?
?If you are already an Airtel Prepaid customer, you would have to conclude all standard migration process from Prepaid to Postpaid by preparing all the necessary documentation and verification/approval by credit control.
- If you are not an Airtel customer ? You can contact the Airtel account officer of your organization, or call 131 for more information.
- If you are already an Airtel Postpaid customer ? If you are Postpaid customer on a separate package and wish to migrate to any of the new SME packages, please contact the Airtel account manager of your organization, or visit any of our Airtel Shops for more information.
Question: How do I opt out of the individual Postpaid packages?
Answer:?Simply contact your account manager and settle all your outstanding bills.
Question: If I leave any of the new individual packages and want to join again, how do I get back on the plan?
Answer:?You can contact the Airtel account manager of your organization, or visit the nearest Airtel Shop.
Question: Am I required to pay any deposit before my line is activated?
Answer:?Yes you would be required to pay a security deposit depending on whether you choose the minimum commitment or monthly access fee. Security deposit includes the minimum monthly commitment but excludes the monthly access fee. The scenarios below explain further.

Question:? Do I have to subscribe or commit to anything to enjoy this offer?
Answer:? It depends on the package. The basic plan doesn?t require a monthly access. However, to subscribe to either the family, intermediate or advance packages, you will need to pay a monthly access fee for your line or based on the number of lines you are acquiring (for FAF package).
Question:? What happens if I do not use my line for the month?
Answer:?You would be billed your monthly access fees depending on the package you are subscribed to. If you are leaving town, kindly contact the nearest Airtel shop or your account officer to soft bar your line.
Question: When is the monthly access fees paid?
Answer:?This amount is charged in your monthly bill after the bill cycle has been concluded. Standard payment guidelines for Postpaid apply.
Question: What happens when I reach my credit limit?
Answer:?You can either contact Airtel for a credit limit increase or recharge your line and continue to make calls at your specially discounted rate.
Question: Do I get refunded if I deactivate any of the packages in the middle of the month?
Answer:?No, deactivations are better done at the end of the month.

Answer:?You can join the plan at any time during the month and your monthly access fee would be prorated from the date you joined. The proration of the monthly access fee will only be done in the 1st month of joining the packages.
? ABOUT CREDIT TRANSFERS AND RECHARGES
Question: Can I do credit transfers?
Answer:?This package operates like all other Postpaid packages and cannot transfer credit to other lines.
Question:? What happens to the remaining credit in my Recharge and Bonus account, if it is not used up for that particular month?
Answer:? Any unused recharge credit remains in your account and can still be used at any time the following month. The amount recharged would first be used before your Postpaid account is debited for calls.
The FAF Postpaid package gives you the opportunity to have 2-9 people on a plan where you can talk to one another for 150 minutes within a closed user group with an access fee of N1,500 only. However, the other packages are based on which network, or number (CUG) you are calling.
There is a flat rate for calls on the network and calls off the network. You are not entitled to happy hour or friends and family but the tariffs are competitive.
Only calls to numbers of the organization on the CUG plan are free. All calls outside the CUG would be billed as stated in (12) above.
You get monthly complimentary SMS and monthly complimentary data within the bundle as is applicable and stated above.
For SMS, you will be charged out of bundle rates as stated above for Airtel to Airtel calls upon exhausting of your complimentary SMS
For Data, you will have the option to purchase additional data.

It is important for you to know that your Airtel monthly subscription covers a certain volume of units. You may have used up that unit before the subscription expires. Have you used up your Text Units?
