In addition to the documents listed below majorly for Nigeria trained graduates, all foreign trained graduates are required to, resume the NYSC orientation camp with the original credentials uploaded to the NYSC Portal for physical evaluation/verification respectively.

NYSC Call-up letter
This is very important, it contains the state you are posted to as well as the address, and corp members on the resumption to the camp are required to come along with it with at least 6 copies, please never laminate this document.
Certificate/ statement of result(Original and 6 Photocopies)
If your Certificate is not ready at the time of camp resumption, you can get a statement of result from your institution, this will aid you during your documentation.
School ID card (Final year),
it is important you request for a new School ID card from your institution if you have misplaced or lost the one issued you
Passport photographs:
you should resume the camp with at least 24 copies of your recent passport photographs captured on a white background
Medical certificate:
will only be recognised if obtained from a government or military hospital properly showing your health status, this document is most important to those wishing for a redeployment as a result of their health issues.
Green Card:
This contains your bio-data, you are required to print and bring along side with your signed copy.
