1. Applicants must have sat for the year 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and obtained a minimum UTME score of 180.
2. Applicants must have chosen either OAUTHC College of Nursing Sciences, Ife Hospital Unit, Ile-Ife / Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesha as their first choice institution.
3. It is compulsory for the interested applicant(s) to have sat for the following subjects’ combination in their UTME: English Language, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
