Eligibility Criteria For HEC Postgraduate Scholarships

1. Applicants are expected to possess a Local/Domicile certificate from Balochistan Province/erstwhile Fata.
2. Applicants should have at least 60% marks at the completion of their 16 years of education.
3. The age of a candidate at the closing date of the HEC Scholarship should be 35 years.
4. Applicants should have secured the requisite academic qualification before the closing date.
5. If you are an applicant already on any other HEC/Government scholarship you will NOT be eligible to apply.
6. Your application must be able to meet the HEC and University eligibility criteria in order to secure admission in MS/Mphil Programmes.

Details for the HEC Scholarship encompasses tuition fee and other charges which includes hostel fee of maximum Rs, 60,000 per semester; a consistent Living Allowance of Rs, 9,000 per month with an annual increment of Rs, 500 for the 2nd year; yearly Book Allowance of Rs, 6,000; traveling allowance of Rs, 5,000 per annum; and Initial Settlement Allowance of Rs, 10,000 which will be given once.
