In 1996, the Minister of FCT inaugurated a Committee with members drawn from the Department of Education FCDA to design a blueprint for the establishment of a College of Education. The submitted recommendation by the committee led to the birth of the FCT College of Education which was temporarily sited at the defunct Teachers College Zuba before closed for restructuring and reopened in 2001.

It later became the Federal College of Education Zuba under the administration of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. Today, the Federal College of Education Zuba is one of the best colleges of Education in Nigeria.

Federal College of Education Zuba JAMB/Post UTME Requirements

• Any candidate who wants to enroll to study at Federal College of Education Zuba, must have scored up to the minimum cut off mark for the current academic session as fixed by Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB.
• Candidates seeking admission must have at least five (5) credits in Mathematics and English and other relevant subjects combination as it relates to their course of study in not more than two (2) sittings to be eligible to participate in the post UTME screening aptitude test
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to apply
• You are required to submit your original documents which includes ?O? level certificate, Please be informed that Awaiting Results are permited by the institution provided you would provide your original result upon request during the screening exercise.
• Original copy of your birth certificate or birth declaration document duly signed by the Federal High court.
• Recent colored passport photographs
