LAUTECH Part-time Admission Form 2026-2027 Session is now open. Applications are now open from qualified candidates into the Bachelor of Science Degree Programmes in the Directorate of Part-Time Programme of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso for the 2026-2027 Academic Session.

LAUTECH Part-time Admission Form 2026-2027 Session

A. FIVE (5) YEAR DURATION

• B.Sc. Accounting
• B.Sc. Transport Management
• B.Sc. Marketing
• B.Sc. Computer Science
• B.Sc. Science Laboratory Technology
• B.Sc. Pure and Applied Biology (with specialisation in Environmental Health and Biosafety)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR A (i–iii)
Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings and the subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and two other relevant subjects: Commerce may be acceptable in lieu of Economics for B.Sc. Accounting and Geography for
Transport Management.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR A (iv–vi)
Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings and the subjects must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science/Technical Drawing and any other Social Science subject.

B. FOUR (4) YEAR DURATION

• B.Sc. Accounting

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR B (i–iii)
Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings. Other ‘O Level requirements as stated in A above apply. In addition to the ‘O Level qualification(s), candidates must have at least N.C.E./National Diploma with Lower Credit in relevant disciplines from a
recognized College of Education/Polytechnic.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR B (iv–vi)
Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings. Other ‘O Level’ requirements are as stated in A (iv-vi). In addition to the ‘O Level qualification(s), candidates must have any of the following depending on the programme applied for:

1. Good passes at Advance Level of GCE (WAEC) (or equivalent) in Pure Mathematics or Applied Mathematics or the Combined Pure and Applied Mathematics and Physics; and any other subjects from the following: Chemistry, Biology, Economics, and Geography;
2. National Diploma with Upper Credit in Computer Science or Computer Engineering/Technology and University Diploma of LAUTECH and any other relevant discipline from a recognised Polytechnic;
3. Passes in Intermediate Level of Computer Professionals (Registration) Council of Nigeria or any other recognised Professional Bodies; other Science-Based
4. Third Class Degree in a Science-based discipline may also be considered for admission.
5. National Diploma with Lower Credit in Science Laboratory Technology from a recognised Polytechnic is acceptable in addition to requirements specified under A(iv-vi).
6. G.C.E. “A” level passes a minimum of two in any of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.
7. Ordinary National Diploma in Environmental Health Biosafety and other related Science-based courses, Upper Credit or NCE Biology/Chemistry, Integrated Science, Health Education, Physics and other related based courses (not lower than Credit) or Ordinary National Diploma for Public Health Superintendents (Awarded by WAEHEB).

C. THREE (3) YEAR DURATION

• B.Sc. Accounting

• B.Tech Architecture

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR C (i – iii)
Applicants must possess at least, a Five (5) Credit passes in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB at not more than two sittings in ‘O Level subjects as listed under A (i) – (iii) above. Applicants must also possess any of the following: (c) HND Upper Credit in relevant disciplines (d) HND lower Credit plus relevant Professional
Qualifications.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR C (iv)
In addition to the ‘O Level requirements stated for A (i) – (iii) above; applicants must also possess any of the following:

1. Higher National Diploma (HND) from recognized Polytechnics with a minimum of Lower Credit in Computer Science or Computer Engineering/Technology or any other relevant disciplines may also be considered.
2. Passes in the final level (equivalence of full membership) of Computer Professionals (Registration) Council of Nigeria or any other recognized professional bodies.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT FOR C (v)
Candidates must have five (5) ‘O Level (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB as stated for A (iv) – (vi) above.

Applicants must also possess the following:
Higher National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, Fisheries Technology, Animal Science, Health Technology and other Science related course with at least Lower Credit.
Professional Registration will be an added advantage.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR C (vi)
HND National Diploma in Environmental Health, Fisheries Technology and other Science-based related courses with at least Lower Credit. (i) Royal Society Diploma for Public Health Inspectors. (ii) Health Superintendents (Awarded by WAEHEB).

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR C (vii)
Direct Entry to 300 Level

1. A candidate who fulfils ordinary level requirements (as in A (iv-vi) and in addition holds an HND certificate at credit level in Architectural Technology may be considered for admission into 300 level.
   Transfer cases:
2. A candidate wishing to transfer from other schools of Architecture for some good reasons may be considered for absorption to the appropriate level determined by the Department. Any deficiencies in the candidate’s background should be rectified by taking appropriate courses.
3. Degrees being awarded
   The department of Architecture offers a to-tier professional degree programme. Under the first tier, the student’s programme will lead to a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Architecture and the second tier of a minimum of 2-year or 4-semester duration leading to Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Architecture.

How to Apply: LAUTECH Part-time Admission Form 2026-2027 Session

1. Application forms will be available on-line.
2. Applicants are expected to register on the University website; https://admissions.lautech.edu.ng/ptapp2026/ by completing and submitting the on-line application form and their e-mail address, 0n the payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Naira (N10,000:00) only.
3. In completing the on-line application form, candidates are required to upload their scanned passport photograph with the white background showing ears, no cap, and no glasses. The scanned passport photograph must be in JPEG (i.e. jpg) and must not be more than 20kb.
4. On submission of the application form, candidates are to print out a Referee Form and an acknowledgement page which will give them access to the venue of the Entrance Examination.

NOTICE: Candidates applying for LAUTECH Part-time Admission Form 2026-2027 Session should note that all academic programmes advertised are run on Part-Time basis In LAUTECH Main Campus, Ogbomoso and at the University’s College of Health Sciences (Mercy Land), Osogbo, at weekends only from Fridays, Saturdays and sometimes on Sunday.

This is to inform the public that the screening exercise for fresh applicants into the B.Sc. Degree Programme of Directorate of Part-Time Programme Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) comes up between Tuesday, February 24, and Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

The venue is the Directorate office at 9:00 am. each day.

Please note that all applicants are expected to come with a copy of their online application form print-out, original and photocopies of all their credentials.

Category A: First-Year Student (Undergraduate Programme)

A. Acceptance Fee N30,000
B. Tuition fee N140,000.00 (Indigenes: Oyo state)  and Tuition Fee N170,000.00 (non-indigenes).

Important Note: The LAUTECH administration has added a N500 late registration fee. This fee will be charged to candidates who do not complete all of their registration within the time frame specified. Please take note, all newly admitted students.
