We wish to inform the public that the management of Lagos State University (LASU) has released the names of successful candidates admitted into its postgraduate programme for the 2023/2024 Academic Session.

The list of available candidates has been uploaded on the school’s website. The Lagos State University (LASU) admission list is made up of Batch A, B & C admitted candidates where names of the successfully admitted candidates are contained in the attached link below.

LASU 2023/2024 Application Forms

Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Postgraduate School has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates toward admission into her Postgraduate programmes at LASU for the 2023/2024 academic session.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

The University requires five (5) CREDITS which include the English Language at Ordinary Level (GCE, WASC, SSCE, NECO, and NABTEB) for All Courses and credit in MATHEMATICS at Ordinary Level for enrollment in the SCIENCE, SOCIAL SCIENCES, MANAGEMENT SCIENCES, and EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT courses. APPLICATION METHOD

Applicants are cordially required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of the sum of Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred Naira (N30,000.00) into LASU Account online.

All applicants shall be required to sit for qualifying Entrance Examination on the Main Campus.

How Do I Apply for PGD in LASU?

POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMME APPLICATION PORTAL

Open the Post-Graduate Application Portal
Click on the STEP 1 and Generate Your Application Number
Note that you can generate your application number only once. Make sure you print out the application number genaration page in number (2) above.
Click on the STEP 2 and Pay Your Application Fee at www.lasu.edu.ng/epayment/
At the Payment portal on Number (4) above, the Postgraduate Programme that yo wish to pay for
Follow the step-by-step instructions to generate your transaction ID or RRR.
Pay your application fee with your generated Transaction ID.
Go back to the Online Postgraduate Application Portal
Now go to STEP 3: Enter your ‘Application Number’ and ‘Surname’ in the fields provided and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Follow the step-by-step instructions and then complete your application.
Print out your application form.
You can also re-print your application form as many times as you want.

Deadline: Sale of application forms will be closed four (4) weeks from the date of this publication on the school website.

Eligible Candidates who seek to enroll should note that the application forms for all programmes should be submitted on-line, after which a copy of the e-Registration slip should be printed out by the applicant.

NOTICE TO APPLICANTS

Candidates who have not yet concluded their National Youth Service Corps assignment or any current Postgraduate Programmes DO NOT need to apply.
All academic transcripts must be collected, at least two weeks after the close of the sale of forms.
Requests for transfer of processed application forms from one Department to the other will NOT be accommodated.
Candidates MUST attend the selection and written examinations in person as a make-up test will not be conducted.
You are required to include your E-mail address/phone number on the form.

How much is LASU postgraduate application fee?
Method of Application: Applicants are required to pay the sum of Thirty Thousand Naira (30,000) Only. Non-refundable application fee into LASU account online. All applicants shall be required to sit for the Qualifying Examination/Screening on the Main Campus, Ojo, Lagos.

How many years is PGD program in Nigeria?
Postgraduate Diploma: The duration of the programme shall be minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 24 calendar months for full-time study.
