To study Criminology, you must acquire at least Five SSCE Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and any two of Arts or Social subjects.

Direct Entry Requirements:-

Direct Entry candidates would require Two ‘A’ Level Passes in Economics and any one of Mathematics, Statistics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agric Science, Accounting, Business Management, History and Government.

          You only need to have at least 5 credits including Maths and English.

          To apply for Criminology and Security studies in JAMB, you need the following subjects:-

          English Language (Compulsory For all courses),

          Economics

      Hi David, Economics is not a compulsoty prerequisite to study Criminology. You can get waiver.
      To apply for Criminology in JAMB, you need the following subjects:-

      1.English Language (Compulsory For all courses)
      2.Economics
      3.Government or History,

      Hi Anita, Jamb fixed cut off mark for EKSU is 180. Candidates with higher scores are first considered in admission basics. Though Candidates with lower scores might meet the cut off mark of 180 may likely not be admitted. You also require Cut Off mark of 180 to enroll for Criminology.

      What you should do is, check other Institution that has a varied subject combination. See if Economics is not compulsory.
